Dear Colleagues,

I am welcome you from the pages of our journal "Methods and objects of chemical analysis".

Briefly about the reasons for the creation of the  journal.
In 2005, the Scientific Council on Analytical Chemistry at National Academy of Scientists of Ukraine  conducted a study on trends of development of analytical science in Ukraine. The study showed that from 2002 a significant increase in number of laboratories and groups with the research profile "Analytical Chemistry" was observed.  However, here in Ukraine there was no any scientific journals for the publication of research results in the field of analytical chemistry.

To overcome the problem the Scientific Council of NAS on Analytical Chemistry initiated publication of the new scientific journal titled "Methods and objects of chemical analysis", founded by the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
The purpose of the  journal is to promote rapid publication of research in analytical chemistry, as well as in related areas of science, sample preparation, chromatography, farmasuitical analysis, chemical metrology, bioanalytical chemistry, sensor. The  journal aim is to inform the research society, analytical and measurement laboratories and quality control laboratories on the latest achievements of the Ukrainan scientists in the field of analytical and bioanalytical chemistry. In addition, the journal is accept articles with information on latest developments in instrumentation, sample preparation, appraisal, etc.
The journal is published 4 times a year. Articles are accepted in English and Ukrainian. The manuscripts are blind,reviewed by leading experts prior publicaton.
