EFFECT OF THE EXTRACTION CONDITIONS ON THE ANTIOXIDANT PROPER-TIES OF PHENOLS IN EXTRACT
Phytophenols and extracts of some medicinal plants, high phyto-phenols are perspective inhibitors of lipid oxidation of pharmaceutical products and foods. In order to im-prove the efficiency and specificity of the extraction from the leaves of Folium Uvae ursi phytophenols in-vestigated the influence of physico-chemical conditions of the extraction process on the antioxidant activ-ity of this extract. The parameters of intensification, allowing obtain a mixture of natural compounds with high antioxidant activity, increasing in 2-4 times the stability of the lipid oxidation of sunflower oil.
