The reaction of interaction of organic cation of aspartame with geteropolyanion PMo12O403, by the method of: amperometric titration is studied. Appearing sedi,ments were used as electrodnoactive matters in the improved membranes of ionselective electrodes, convertible to organic cation of synthetic sweetener aspartame. The methods of direct potentiometric de,termination of aspartame are offered, which differ a high sensitivity, selectivity and exactnes.
