The influence of both the power, delivered to the ICP,plasma, and the nebulization argon flow rate on the intensity of spectral lines by axially viewing of the plasma in a wide range of excitation energies of lines was experimentally researched. It was found, that the increase of power in an interval of 800,1300 W had the greatest impact on the intensity of ion lines with total ener,gy of ionization and excitation higher than 10 eV and on the intensity of atomic lines with excitation ener,gy higher than 5 eV. It was also found, that the greatest intensity of lines was observed during argon consumption through the nebulization of 0.5 – 0.6 l/min.

Key words: ICP,plasma; intensity of spectral lines; power, delivered to the ICP,plasma; nebulization ar,gon flow rate; energetic line characteristics
