THE USE OF ACYLHYDRAZONES OF PURIVIC ACID FOR SAMPLE PREPARATIONS AND DETERMINATIONS OF TOXIC ELEMENTS IN FAT,PRODUCTS BY THE METHOD OF ATOMIC,ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY.

A new procedure of samples preparation and method for determination of toxic
elements (Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd and Fe) in fat,products by the methods of
atomic,absorption spectrometry with use of acylhydrazones of pyruvic acid has
been developed. The method includes an extraction of toxic elements by water
solution of organic reagents, purification of water extract and direct
determination of heavy metals concentration by electrothermal atomic,absorption
spectrometry.
