It was shown that the criteria of selection of analytical forms types of Al, Ga and In ionic associates with hydrazones and cyanine dye astrafloxine can be used the value of compound dipole moment as well as localization of effective charges on central atom and of ligand’s donor atoms in internal coordinating sphere of complexes. These criteria can be estimated on the base of quantum chemical calculations.
