IDENTIFICATION AND DETERMINATION OF ORGANOCHLORINE PESTICIDES IN NATURAL WATER OF DNIEPER RIVER BASIN BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY AND MASS,SPECTROMETRY

 

Solid,phase extraction general concentrates of microtraces of semivolatile and nonvolatile organic compounds from natural water of Dnieper river basin were carried out by using methodology of investigation these compounds in water systems. Then hard methylation of acid compounds was done. After methylation simultaniusly fractionation of nonpolar and weekpolar solvents such as hexane, cyclohexane and benzene was fulfield. In concentrates of fractions from general concentrates of natural water in cities Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhie, Nikopol region with enrichment factor of 3,0×10⁵–4,0×10⁵ organochlorine pesticides (,, β,, γ,, δ,HCH, 4,4´,DDE, 4,4´,DDD, 2,4´,DDD, 4,4´,DDT) have been identified and their concentration has been determined by GC/MS at MDL_R level as low as 0,03, 0,02, 0,03, 0,03, 0,02, 0,03, 0,04, 0,02 ng/L respectively and in this case MDL_T equals 0,0001, 0,0002, 0,0002, 0,0003, 0,0001, 0,0001, 0,0001, 0,0006 ng/L respectively. Total concentrations OCPs at this line of Dnieper river consist 27,6, 14,2 и 12,1 ng/L.
