CHEMICAL CHROMATICITY METHOD IN THE STUDY OF ACID,BASE PROPERTIES OF PHYTOGENOUS DYES
, The acid,base equilibria of 3,5,7,4',tetrahydroxybenzflaviliy chloride (pelarhonidyn) and 3,5,7,3',4',pentahydroxybenzflaviliy chloride (cyanidine) obtained in the form of water,ethanol extracts from pelargonium (Pelargonium zonale (L.) L'Hér. Ex Ait.) flowers and red cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. capitata. f. rubra) leaves have been investigated by chemical chromaticity method. Their ionization constants of ionogenous groups have been calculated by chromaticity’s characteristics. The advantages of chemical chromaticity method towards classical physical,chemical methods in the study of protolytic equilibria in dyes solutions have been shown.
