The investigation of the stability of long,term working of the adsorption semiconductor gas sensors based on SnO2 with additions of cobalt.
, The stability of the adsorption semiconductor sensors based on SnO2 with additions of cobalt during their long,term working was investigated. It was shown that the sensors in time do not lose the sensitivity to H2 (concentration 40 ppm) and the sensitivity and the stability do not yield to the same sensors with additions of palladium. It was shown that the initial electrothermotraining and the periodic calibration of the sensor is improves the characteristics of the stability of the sensors.
