Influence of various factors on quantitative determination Co2+ by the solid,phase spectrophotometry method with application diatomite
In quantitative determination of ions Co2+ by method of solid,phase spectrophotometry (SPS) with preliminary concentration a natural diatomite Celite545 is used. An optimum time of preliminary concentration of Co2+(10min.) is installed . It is shown that during determination by experimental way of the optimum contents of the analytical organic reagent the 1, (2,pyridilazo),2,naphtol) in diatomite a quantitative determination of Co2+ is possible by method SPS on one wavelength. In an interval of concentration Co2+1*10,6, 1*10,5 mol/l linear dependence of optical density on concentration is observed.
