SOME POSSIBILITIES OF THE SPECIATION ANALYSIS OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS ON THE BASIS OF RARE,EARTH FLUORIDES.
Approaches to the speciation analysis of poorly soluble inorganic materials based on lanthanide fluorides are considered.
