EFFECT OF INORGANIC FILLER ON THE PATTERN OF ISONIAZID RELEASE FROM POLYURETHANE,EPOXY COMPOSITES

A reversed,phase HPLC method was used to determine in vitro isoniazid (INH) release from polyurethane,epoxy composites (PEC) with an inorganic filler – tricalcium phosphate (TCP). The TCP introduction into PEC was shown to reduce the INH release 1.5 to 3 times depending on the filler content.
