TRITERPENE GLYCOSIDES OF THE MEDICINAL PREPARATION “HEDERIN”

Using a method of TLC, the glycoside composition of the medicinal preparation “Hederin” was established. In preparation are dominated hederagenin glycosides. The highest content was observed for hederagenin 3,O,,L,rhamnopyranosyl,(12),O,,L,arabinopyranoside, its 28,O,,L,rhamnopyranosyl,(14),O,,D,glucopyranosyl,(16),O,,D,glucopyranosyl ester and oleanolic acid 3,O,sulfate,28,O,,L,rhamnopyranosyl,(14),O,,D,glucopyranosyl,(16),O,,D,glucopyranoside.
