OPTIMIZATION PROCEDURE OF DETERMINATION POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN BLACK SEA SEDIMENTS

Optimization procedure of determination polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in Black sea sediments was per,formed. Advantage use of binary mixes of organic solvents for PAHs extraction was shown. The cleaning stage from sulfur and sulfur containing compounds with elemental copper was optimized. The optimized method was approved on standard reference material SRM IAEA – 383.
