Temperature,programmed desorption mass spectrometry was used for studies on thermolysis of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and D-galactosamine adsorbed by the surface of fumed ultrafine silica, silica,titania and silica,alumina, preliminary modified by protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) at various pH values (2,5; 4,8 and 7,0). In course of thermolysis of both adsorbed aminosugars water evolution in three stages was observed. Decomposition of samples oxide/BSA/carbohydrate was accompanied by hydrogen sulphide evolution which intensity correlated with protein adsorption on oxides under investigation.
