The new chemometrics approach for optimization of separation in normal,phase thin,layer chromatograph.

, The new chemometrics approach for optimization of separation in normal,phase thin,layer chromatography, which involves the directed selection of the most suitable solvents and interpretative procedure for finding the optimal ratio of components in mobile phase, was proposed. The individual solvents providing the best selectivity of food dyes separation were identified. The advantages of application of product of separation factors between to spots as global criterion were indicated. The composition of mobile phase allowing the separation of Turmeric (Е100), Tartrazine (Е102), Sunset Yellow (Е110), Carmoisine (Е122), Brilliant Blue (Е133), Indigo Carmine (Е132), Erythrosine (Е127) and its two impurities was found.
