Features of sample preparation soft tissues at determination of metals
– Influence ofultrasound is described on duration of sample preparation biotstandards of soft fabrics. The optimum parameters of ultrasonic treatment are certain. The speed,up method of determination of maintenance of cadmium is offered,copper, lead, nickel, iron and zinc in the standards of fabrics of such organ, as lights, by the methods of atomicspectroscopy: absorptions or emissions with ISP, with the use of ultrasound on the stage of mineralization.
