Visual analysis of inhomogeneous samples typically begins observation under a microscope to determine their spatial structure. However, such studies do not give any information on the chemical composition and molecular structure. Usual spectroscopic studies provide such information, but only in integral form. Only the association of both methods give us the whole picture, ie the spatial distribution of chemical components and molecular structure. The development of medical imaging techniques have given a big push in that direction. Today almost all the analytical methods have the potential of spatial analysis and visualization of molecular information. In our analysis, we will be limited to those methods that are actively developing company Bruker: FT,IR, Raman, NMR, EPR, mass spectroscopy and X,ray analytical techniques.
