Identification of milk products falsification by gas chromatographic method
The technique of chromatographic identification of low oil containing milk products have been proposed. This technique includes the step of oil concentrating by hexane ether mixture extraction from aqueous,milk,alcohol emulsion for further chromatographic determination of stearine fraction.
