Application of trans,carpathian acid,modified klinoptilolit for determination of cadmium in blood
The optimal conditions of sorption and desorption of Cd(II) ions on Í,modified klinoptilolit are studied. Influence of Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ ions on sorption and desorption of Cd(II) ions processes from sorbent is studied. The optimal conditions of quantitative determination of Cd(II) in blood by concentration on modified klinoptilolit are developed. It allows to determine at 88,6% of cadmium in this biological liquid.
