Determination of antimony and bismuth in silver solder samples using ICP atomic emission spectrometry method with application of continuous hydride generator
It has been developed and assessed the express procedure for determination of the antimony and bismuth mass fraction (0,005% to 0,02%) in silver solder on the base of tin and lead by ICP method using continuous hydride generator. The procedure is included in ТУ У 322-500-3-96 “Silver solders. Specifications” and used successfully in quality control of finished products.
